Founder & CEO
Terry has been involved in the IT industry since 1981 as a programmer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consultant. He has implemented a vast array of business and government systems, including cybersecurity and cloud migration, as well as innumerable web applications, has built a substantial international consultancy practice and has worked across the globe. Terry brings a wealth of web design and business best-practice knowledge to Trabalo.
Greg Smith
Product Manager
Greg leads the user interface design team, ensuring the user experience is flawless, interesting and seamless. Greg comes from a varied business background, with a wide range of experience in graphic design, usability and project management. Greg brings a youthful and energetic aspect to design and a special focus on mobile device usage.

Our origins
Trabalo.net is produced by Synagen Systems Ltd, an international IT consultancy based in Sydney, Australia, with offices in Tokyo and Hong Kong. Terry is the Managing Director of Synagen Systems.
